Puerto Calero Boatyard Services<\/h1>[vc_separator color=”grey”]\n

P<\/span>uerto Calero Boatyard has been in operation for three decades and offers a full range of repair and maintenance services. <\/p>\nThe yard employs a 90-tonne hoist and a 5-tonne forklift. There is a large hanger for painting or covered storage and various companies have workshops on site.<\/p>\n

\"VaraderoOffice hours are from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday with English and Spanish spoken.<\/p>\n

Basic services offered include:
\n\u2022 High-pressure hull cleaning
\n\u2022 Polishing
\n\u2022 Valve and anode replacements
\n\u2022 Antifouling
\n\u2022 Painting (International, Hempel, Jotun, Sigma)
\n\u2022 Tank cleaning
\n\u2022 Rigging (checks, repairs and replacements)
\n\u2022 Sail repair, biminis, sail covers and upholstery
\n\u2022 Traditional shipwrights for carpentry work, teak decks and more
\n\u2022 Machining and welding (both aluminium and stainless steel)
\n\u2022 Electronics and electrical work
\n\u2022 Refrigeration (re-gassing fridges and freezers, AC systems, etc)
\n\u2022 Mechanic and engine services (Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Perkins, Caterpillar, Yamaha, Suzuki, Mariner, Mercruiser, Honda, etc)
\n\u2022 Hydraulics (parts and assistance)
\n\u2022 Fibre glass repairs
