Min. occupancy 90 days. Minimum quarterly payment: 900\u20ac). This simply means paying for your stay upon arrival. One berthing extension of 7 days is permitted at the same rate. Please take care to pay this either before or on the last day of your previous contract.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"special-text  wow animated fadeInDown\" style=\"font-size: 24px;font-weight: 300;margin-top: 20px;text-align: left\" data-animation=\"fadeInDown\">Wifi, electricity, water &amp; storage<\/h3>\n<p>In Puerto Calero these services are included in the berthing fee for boats less than 20m LOA. With vessels of \u226520m, electricity is charged separately at 60\u20ac (+IGIC) for a three-phase connection further to 0.30\u20ac\/kW. Water use is also charged at .0045\u20ac\/lt.
